Applications

Shows a list of microwave applications for the for the company code(s) associated with the Web profile you used to log in. (It does not include applications submitted on paper.) Each row on the list is linked to more detailed information for that application.

Use the query form below to find specific applications by reference number, company, date, or status.

To create a new application, click the link provided at the top of the list. If your account has more than one company code associated with it, a link is displayed for each company code. Be careful to select the correct company code when creating a new application; you cannot modify the company code once the application has been created.

Licence applications for GPS active repeater stations can be submitted using the Microwave application option.

Actions

Create New Application
Click to go to the Create Covering Letter, where you begin the process of creating a new microwave application. If you have more than one company code assigned to your account, a link is displayed for each company code. In this case, be sure to click the link that corresponds to the company for which you want to create the application.

Fields

Reference ID
A reference number for the application as selected by the applicant for internal tracking purposes, and entered on the Covering Letter. Click to view the microwave application on the Application Summary page. If the Application Status is "Not submitted", you will be able to edit the application.
Subject
The title of the project for which the application is being made.
Company Code
Numeric identifier of the licencee or account.
Processing Office
The Industry Canada office responsible for processing the application.
Creation Date
The date on which the entry was originally created.
Application Status Date
Date that the status of the application was last changed.
Status
The status of the on-line application. Can be:
  • Not Submitted
  • Submitted
  • Under Study
  • Invoiced
  • Rejected
  • Authorized
  • Cancelled
