Fields

Your Reference Number

Any "subject" or reference number that you would like to use to identify the application. Use this link to view the complete covering letter on the Covering Letter page.

System Description

Description of the new system and/or the changes to authorized system.

Licensee Name

Displays the applicant's name as stored in the Assignment and Licensing System (ALS) database for the application's company code and processing office (set when you created the covering letter).

Company Code

A numeric code that identifies an account holder to Industry Canada. Your account number is a two-digit distict office code followed by this seven-digit company code.

Processing Office

The administrative district office responsible for your account and licence application. The district office is identified by the first two digits of your account number.

Evaluating Officer

This field remains blank until you submit your application. After your application has been received by Industry Canada, this field contains the name of the evaluating officer that has been assigned to process your application. Use the link to send an e-mail to this officer at Industry Canada regarding your application. The subject line of your message is automatically set to our internal reference number for your application.

Creation Date

Date generated by the system when the associated record is first saved.

Application Status Date

Date that the status of the application was last changed.

Application Status

The status of the on-line application.
