Your on-line account information is organized into three categories (as applicable): land stations (includes coast and earth stations), mobile stations, and invoices. You must select the correct category from the main menu to browse or search see the corresponding information.

By browsing, you can quickly access detailed information related to a specific account with Industry Canada. By searching, you can list common information from any of your accounts. Note that searching can be somewhat slow at times owing to the size of our database.

Browsing Information

To browse your account information:

1. From the Main Menu, select the Land Station Browser, Mobile Station Browser, or Invoice Browser from the Account Information section.
   If this is the first time you are accessing a secure area in your current session, you will be prompted for your Web profile user name and password.
2. Click the Account Number field of one of the accounts listed to display detailed information for that account. (Only accounts that you have selected to be part of your Web profile are listed.)
3. On the Account Details page, view the Account Data. Below, each record (land station, mobile station, or invoice) associated with that account is listed.
4. On the Account Details page, you can proceed as follows:
   In the Account Stations section of the Land or Mobile Station Browser, click the Station Location of one of the stations to view the Station Details page. This page contains station data, licence conditions, a list of frequencies, and a list of passive repeaters. You can also print a PDF version of the licence information or your virtual licence.
   - OR -
   In the Account Invoices section of the Invoice Browser, click the Invoice Issue Date of one of the invoices to view the Invoice Details page, containing Invoice Data and Invoice Licences. You can also print a PDF version of the invoice.
5. When viewing frequencies for one of your stations, click the Tx Frequency (MHz) to view the Frequency Details page, containing frequency data, frequency conditions (including coordination information), and link stations.
6. When viewing the stations on an invoice, click the Station Location to jump to the Land or Mobile Station Browser and view detailed information on that station.

Searching Information

To search your account information:

1. From the Main Menu, select the Land Station Browser, Mobile Station Browser, or Invoice Browser from the Account Information section.
   If this is the first time you are accessing a secure area in your current session, you will be prompted for your Web profile user name and password.
2. On the first page of the browser, scroll down to the query forms and select the type of information you want to search for (stations, frequencies, or invoices).
3. Enter the search criteria (optional). If you do not enter search criteria, all records are returned.
4. Click Search.
5. From the Search Results page, click the link in the first column to view detailed information and access child records in the hierarchy.
