Web Profile Description
The name of the Web Profile. Enter a name for the new Web Profle.
First Name
The first name of the account owner. A valid entry is up to 20 characters in length.
Last Name
The last name of the account owner. A valid entry is up to 30 characters in length.
Administrator's E-mail Address
The e-mail address of the account holder. A valid entry is up to 255 characters in length.
User Name
Name used to identify the user when connecting to Spectrum Direct. A user name must begin with a letter and can contain only letters and numbers. It cannot contain spaces. A valid entry is up to 10 characters in length.
Password
Password used to verify the user to the system. A password must begin with a letter and can contain only letters and numbers. It cannot contain spaces. A valid entry is up to 10 characters in length.
Confirm Password
Re-enter the user password to confirm.

Select the Regional or District Office that you intend to do business with. Usually, you should select the closest District Office. In some cases, your choice will depend on what radiocommunications services you intend to operate. The office you select will receive and process this account request.

Preferred Language of Correspondance
Official language to be used in corresponding with the applicant on the subject of the licence or application (English or French).
